Frank Baum's classic novel, ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’, follows the story of two very unlikely friends and their journey of becoming the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good. With a deep exploration of personalities at odds, conflicting viewpoints, and a shared love interest, and the With themes of unlikely friendships, conflicting viewpoints, love, and some subtextual societal criticisms, everybody and anybody is bound to get drawn into the captivating storytelling, wonderful theatrics, nuanced and interesting characters, and, of course, composer Stephen Schwartz’s tight rhymes and beautiful melodies.
